General group coaching questions
Cheshire Cricket Coaching offers two main group coaching options: cricket camps and the Cheshire Performance Academy.

The Cheshire Performance Academy is a more focused coaching environment for ambitious players aged 12–16.
That depends on the player’s age, experience and current needs.
Cricket camps are usually the best option for children who want an enjoyable cricket experience during the school holidays.
The Cheshire Performance Academy is better suited to players aged 12–16 who are already playing regular cricket and are ready for a more focused development environment.
Most group coaching takes place at Mobberley Cricket Club.
Some sessions or programmes may occasionally take place at other approved venues.
Full details are always confirmed before the programme begins.

Children are kept active and involved throughout the day, with plenty of time to play, practice and enjoy their cricket.
When camps are open for booking, places can be booked directly through the relevant camp booking page.
Payment is made upfront and secures your child’s place.

This helps us understand the player’s age, cricket experience, current level and what they would like to improve, so we can decide whether the Academy is the right environment for them.
Cricket camps are designed to be fun, active and enjoyable during the school holidays.
The Performance Academy is a more focused coaching environment for players who are ready for higher expectations, purposeful training and longer-term development.
You can register interest through the Cheshire Performance Academy page.
