Independence and affiliation

Cheshire Cricket Coaching is an independent cricket coaching provider. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or operated in association with any county cricket board or governing body.

Cheshire Cricket Coaching provides:

  • 1-to-1 cricket coaching
  • Group coaching sessions
  • Holiday and summer camps
  • Cheshire Performance Academy programmes

All services are development-led, standards-driven, and delivered by qualified coaches operating under the Cheshire Cricket Coaching framework.

Enquiries and bookings

All coaching is enquiry-led.

  • Submitting an enquiry does not guarantee a booking
  • Suitability is assessed before any session is confirmed
  • Coaching sessions are only booked once approval has been given and payment received

We do not offer open-access booking or automated confirmations.

  • All payments are made to Nathan Wood Consulting Ltd.
  • Payments are required in advance to secure a session or place
  • Payments are processed securely via Stripe
  • We do not accept cash payments or pay-after-session arrangements

Pricing reflects coach experience, session type, and programme structure.

Cancellations and Rescheduling

1-to-1 Coaching

  • At least 48 hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule
  • Sessions cancelled with less than 48 hours’ notice may be charged in full
  • Missed sessions without notice are non-refundable

Group Coaching & Performance Academy

  • Places are limited and planned in advance
  • Missed sessions are not refundable
  • Where appropriate, sessions may be rescheduled at our discretion

Camps

  • Camp places are paid in advance
  • Cancellation terms will be clearly stated at the time of booking

Cricket is an outdoor sport, and sessions may be affected by weather.

  • We will always prioritise safety
  • Where possible, sessions may be adapted or rescheduled
  • No refunds are provided for sessions affected by weather unless otherwise stated

Most coaching takes place at Mobberley Cricket Club or other approved venues.

Player conduct and behaviour

We expect all players to:

  • Act respectfully towards coaches and other participants
  • Follow instructions related to safety and session structure
  • Behave in a manner appropriate to a professional coaching environment

We reserve the right to withdraw a player from a session if behaviour is unsafe or disruptive. In such cases, refunds are not guaranteed.

Parents and guardians are responsible for:

  • Providing accurate information during enquiries
  • Ensuring players arrive on time and are collected promptly
  • Informing us of any relevant medical or safeguarding information

Cheshire Cricket Coaching is not responsible for players outside of scheduled session times.

Photography and media

From time to time, photographs or short video clips may be taken for coaching review or marketing purposes.

  • Consent will always be sought where required
  • No identifying images of children will be used without permission
  • Parents may opt out at any time by informing us in writing

Cricket carries inherent physical risk.

  • Players participate at their own risk
  • Cheshire Cricket Coaching is not liable for injuries unless caused by negligence
  • Appropriate insurance is in place

We recommend players wear suitable protective equipment.

Changes to services

We may make reasonable changes to:

  • Coaches delivering sessions
  • Session structure
  • Venues or timings (where necessary)

Any significant changes will be communicated clearly in advance.

Personal data is handled in line with our Privacy Policy, which explains how information is collected, stored, and used.

Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time.
