How our 1-to-1 coaching works
Cheshire Cricket Coaching operates a suitability-led coaching model, ensuring each player works with the coach best suited to their current stage of development.
Most players work primarily with Patrick or Majid, benefiting from regular, structured coaching and continuity over time.
Nathan provides specialist input where appropriate, particularly for players seeking deeper technical refinement or support with performance under match pressure.
This approach helps us maintain clarity, consistency, and high standards — while ensuring every player receives the right level of support.
